The F2L Programme is designed for young people (ages 6 -19) to develop interest and experience across all stages of the filmmaking process. Young people lead in all areas of the filmmaking process. The initial concept is theirs, they develop the script, select the cast, plan the shooting schedule, film, direct, promote etc. This is done under the guidance and supervision of a professional filmmaker, administrator and volunteers.
They benefit from participating in a creative initiative designed to enhance their interest in filmmaking. The project provides an insight into the broadcasting and media industry, provides real-life learning experiences, develops vocational, educational and soft skills, whilst enhancing awareness of pertinent social issues, like gender diversity in football which is the focus of this project.
